I have my Grand father's 1892 winchester in 25-20WCF. is this a leagal cal. for competition? The rule book listed it as an eception but conflicts with the first stament of being .32 cal or larger. So which is it legal or not thanks for your answer in advance.

Whiskey Hayes

Yes, it is a legal caliber in your rifle.  Really not a contradiction but a listed exception to previous wording.

And, a nice small game/varmint caliber.
