Category name for youngsters

As I set up for the Iowa Muster, I am setting up a category for younger then 14, rifle & shotgun only, no reloading on rilfe unless shooting a single shot.

My initial thought was to name the category "Camp Kid", any other suggestions?

Drummer boy?

As an interesting side note to this thought: In his book My Life on the Plains, George Custer tells of seeing a 7th Cav. drummer boy receiving treatment in the field hospital after the battle at Washita. He had been shot in the head with a iron tipped arrow. The arrow head had bent on impact and deflected around the skull but had stayed under the scalp giving the appearance of having gone through the head. Custer approached the boy and asked if he had seen the indian that shot him. The boy responded something to the effect of, "I sure did. And just in case anybody thinks I didn't..." At which point he pulled a bloody scalp out from under his belt. Sure must have been a tough kid.

I'm coming in way late on this one, but I'd say Cadet would be the most appropriate. In the 19th century it was quite popular for young boys to be members of a local cadet corps. They'd dress in uniforms, learn how to drill, shoot scaled down "cadet" rifles, etc. - all in the days before the Boy Scouts.

Actually, Cadets sounds great - 'tho "Powder Monkeys" tickles my fancy, too - but I doubt that's be well thought-of - at least by the young-uns, that is.
