And guess what  ;D there was a small Tandy  store within 8 miles of where I needed to go, I have rename  it  :)(Candy Store) instead od Tandy Store.
When I was young i was a born and raised farm boy. So Saturday was the only day I got to go to town, we had a little market that sold everything, and they had every type of candy there was know to man kind , some way or another I would come up with .20-.25 cents it was the hardest thing there was to do, was what to buy!! ::) :o ::)

That was the way it was Tuesday,  :o :o He had a 8 foot tall by 4 feet wide with 4"x4" cubbies full of stamps  :-\ :P , the wall were covered with conchos, belt buckles, purdies everywhere you looked, tables of leather, selfs with all the goodies  ??? I have about 12 stamps now, going to try and make some of my own,  but I needed some supplies, and I have no letter stamps, I hate to say this, and do not want to make anyone mad, you can buy cheaper on the net, because they have no over head!! So I picked up my supplies that I had to have, and I just couldn't take it, I ask the clerk, because he was the manager and was a good leathersmith, what size of letters should I buy, of course he said you need a set of them all  :o I ended up buying 1/2", because I had told a dealer that I would buy a 3/4" set from him, we had worked out a deal, and they will cost the same shipped to me, for the same price I paid for the 1/2" set.

You folks have never steared me wrong, so should I buy 3/4" next or 1" next?

I am truely sorry this was so long, but I just had to tell you guys.
I want to thank all of you for the help you have gave me!

I would say that, though I do not use them as much on cowboy gear, the 3/4" gets used more than any others combined for decoration.  Just seems to fit more cowboy sized products just right.  I find the 1/4" to be my most used but this is for hidden coding.

I have something to add to this, when I was looking at buckles me and the sales clerk were looking at the 3 piece sets, but I settleted for single buckles because I told him I was just starting and couldn't afford the higher ones. I paid and he said do you have at catoloug and i sad no, so he gave me one and also put in the sales cat.
yesterday, i was looking at the sales cat. and I could of had the 3 piece buckles for $1.00 more on one set and $2.00 more on the nicer set.
I can't believe, the sales person didn't tell me about the sale items. I emailed Tandy, most likely won't do any good, but if they don't fix it, I won't ever buy from Tandy again.

Sorry

Yes, just send it back. I have never had bad service from Tandy. The one in Omaha will go out of its way to help you out. Good luck.

And Ace, you are right, it is just like a candy store. I walk in, take a good smell, and start going nuts. Wife usually has to rein me in some. DM ;D

Hey Ace, dont forget to check out the ebay stores and ebay express. The ones without active auctions are the best to buy, as its a buy it now price. Get them to combine shipping and your set. DM
