Nipples for ASM ?

Do Uberti nipples work in an ASM '58 cylinder ? 

and while i'm askin' questions.  . . . . . I've seen it mentioned that conversion cylinders for a Uberti will fit and index in an ASM.  So will a Uberti Cap & Ball cylinder also work in them ? . . .

The ASM nipples in their 1860 Army Colts are size 12X28 that are the same as for Ruger Old Army and Uberti Remingtons. I would assume they use the same size nipples in all there belt revolvers like the '60, '51, and '58s.
I do not know about the cylinders. All I can tell you is an Uberti Remington cylinder (44cal) will fit in a Euroarms Remington with maybe an extra .002" gap. I salvaged a lead spitting gouged up Euro Remmie that was useless until I put in a spare Uberti cylinder that indexed and fires fine. The cylinder pin is a little snug (fouls after about 10 shots but 1 drop of oil frees it up).

Thanks for the information.   When I'm around and about gun shops I'll see if someone stocks Uberti Nipples.  I'm not gonna pay the postage on ordering one of them.  Was just wondering about the cylinders for general information.  Not figuring to buy one.  But had seen the mention somewhere of the conversions for Uberti fitting the Armi San Marcos.  Thanks again,  and good shootin', . . . .
