Had some more free time

[Bull Durham]

Howdy! I was bored again today. This is what I came up with from drawing out the pattern to taking the photograph. I modified a floral pattern from one of Mr. Ghormley's patterns. I am getting ready to put real ivory grips on the Python. I have never seen a real Threepersons holster but I studied a lot of photographs.

             Bull, Your holster is AWESOME and absolutly Beautiful , it's perfect , and the carving is too, WELL DONE Pard.

The hardest part of making this holster was rolling the lining over the top of the holster in the front. I have never done that before and I wasn't sure how to do it without it bunching up or wrinkling. I think it came out ok.

Doggone good, solid work, pard. I like the medium brown on it, it makes the tooling stand out nicely.
