NCOWS Social Friday Feb. 15th

Fellow conventioneers,

Once again I am heading up the "potluck/social" to be held Friday evening of the NCOWS convention.  We will supply a variety of sodas, utensils, and some munchies. If you will be coming to the social and can bring some sort of snack food, dessert, etc., please let me know on this site (or just show up with food in hand). The social will begin at 5:30 (one hour before the business meeting) and I invite everyone to come by. It's a nice way to get together with others we have not seen since the last convention. Not sure if we'll have any musicians strumming a tune, but if you play an instrument, feel free to bring it along. Location of social will be available friday afternoon!

Is there liquor up front and poker in the rear?

I picked up 2.5lbs of Old Wisconsin beef sticks, & cheese.
How much of the beef sticks make it down to Kansas city remains to be seen.
Also picked up a stack of small plates.

As for liquid refreshments, that should be just fine, since we are in the same as a private room. The room will be used for an overnight guest, and I'm not certain if it's a non-smoking room, just have to see.  Looking forward to seeing you this Friday. If you are looking for something to bring, could use some crackers or chips.
