GW,   You are right of course.  I was trying to see how a more simplistic method would fly here first.       

Just set up a camera and tell the presenter to play to the camera.  Once the video is made,  DVDs can be made from it and sold on the NCOWS website.

An audio or video tape would be okay;  But not near as good as Jim Supica handing you General Leonard Wood's S & W DA .44.

Obviously with such a wide range of topics to be video'd, a strict rating system would be of the first order!

Unfortunately we need to keep in mind that as a non-profit organization we have to be very careful about revenues and how they're brought in.

I could see something like that, though, eventually being another free service available on the NCOWS website. . . .which should become THE reference source for all things authentic.

Good point. As long as you can justify what you are charging is simply to meet the cost of production then you are ok in the eyes of Uncle Sam.  I didnt think of this before but you could just do a download on the NCOWS website for basicially FREE.   I am assuming the site has the needed bandwidth for this.  Another option would be to encourage the Marshal here at CAS city to post it on his website.
