have had this thing for about 2 months. when it works its great. thats the problem, it seems to brake down all the time. i've replaced parts and get back to reloading then something else braks or jams. just tonight. the cam cracked an fell off. so i called customer service and there closed until monday, when you call c.s. you always hve to wait in line. so i sent a e-mail. maybe that will hurry the part up. ther customer service is great, they send you parts when you need them, i'm just tired of calling and waiting for the mail. i want to be reloading. not calling and fixing the press. anyone had trouble with there rcbs press?
