It's cold in southeast Kansas this am, but the coffee is hot.

On the agenda today is meeting with an ATF representative and catching up with some correspondance and updates on gun laws in Europe.

Don't worry Annie, I see Missouri Marshal logged on, but unless he's sitting in my lap, he ain't on. And trust me, I know he's out looking at the new Rugers at the Armory. Besides, it's hard to type with someone in your lap! We all know you have other things to do like building that shed.

Trina, it's all of 20 degrees outside! No shed building today, and none until I stop buying CAS stuff. Dagnabbit!! But, I do have all my jam and jelly made and if you want, I can bring you a jar at Pungo on the first.

I just got home from Jury Duty,however, I got to go back at 1:30 PM to be interviewed for a trial. I forgot to ask them if I could bring a rope

Yep! Mornin' Ya'll!

Found 10 Acres to put a Site - Built House on near Florence, AZ. and I drew up the Floor Plan Myself, with the Kitchen being the Heart of the Home (Large Enough to Feed an Army of Hungry Pards and Pardettes), it is Horse Property, so I get to put a Small Stable on it, There will also be Plenty of Room for Friends, Guests, and Parties!

I want to put a Small Lake with a Fountain on it, a Play Area for Kids, a Practice Arena for Barrel Racing, an Adobe Wall around the Parameter of the Property, with Desert Foliage Privacy Buffer, and a Saltillo Tiled and Spanish Fountained, Covered Porched Courtyard with Privacy Wall and Porticoed with a Heavy Door with Iron Accents.

So, Once it is All Fixed up, it will be Ready for Everyone and Everything!

Sounds good to me Annie! I don't get to shoot Pungo very often, but the work schedule has allowed it for the last couple of months. Sounds like almost everyone is gonna be there. Well, this would be my second good morning, I just got up from my nap and I have to get ready to go to work. 6:00pm - 6:00am, watching inmates. I can't complain - at least I have the keys!

Well, that one fell through, and the Current Owners have Priced the Property we wanted out of the Market and so far out of our Reach, that there was No way we could have gotten it even if we had wanted it. Oh well, I have other things planned for a New Piece of Ground, Less Expensive by Far.
