Not sure if this the right place for this but since most folks visit the Longbranch I thought I place here.

I would like to have a vest made and I am looking to hire a pard or pardette who is handy with needle and thread to make one like the one Boss Spearman wore in Open Range.

Wahmaker has got a very similar one now called dirty denium.  I don't have their website handy, but it should be findable.  They have a pantls to match.

Well...Rafe....I dunno where ya live, but iffen ya let yer fingers do the walkin' through the Yellow Pages...ya just might find what yer lookin' fer?  Ya might have to draw up a design for that person?

Thanks for the info. I found Wahmaker's Dirty Denim but unfortunatley their size only goes up to a 2X. I need a 3X.
Great looking vest, however I like the way the lapel is formed on Duval's vest.

I live in Yankee country (Cleveland, Oh). As far as finding a local to do the work, I thought of that. As a matter a fact I personally know of someone in my community theatre group who is a seamstress. I thought I would first offer it here to someone who is into CAS.

Rafe:  Good plan on giving someone here the first shot!  All's fair in  Love, War and CAS!   
That was just a thought I had.  I had a friend here in Seattle that had a shop that did up custom clothing.  I had her make me up my "John Wayne Memorial Shirt"  A red bib front western one.  It came out real well but it is a trifle small now!  Musta shrunk???    Unfortunately that shop went outa business a while back, so I gotta get one of those bub fronts off the net.
