No, cause I'd tell the lady not to worry, "This too shall pass."   I know this cause one night 'bout 25 years ago my cuz swallowed a quarter (he was bout 25 at the time, long story involvin' beer and a bar )  His wife was so worried that she called the 24 hour ask a nurse thing.  They told her if he could swallow it with out chokin' not to worry.
