Hi all,

I am afraid I need to sell for for holiday.  I am passing on the same deal the previous owner gave me, so here goes.

Remington New Model Army rim fire conversion, serial number 753XX
This revolver was converted to rim fire by drilling out the nipple end of the cylinders and modifying the hammer.  This was definitely not a factory conversion and was done a long time ago.  It works great with my R&D cylinder for Pietta built 1858s.  The barrel is marked with three lines and the New Model Army is only half visible.  I am asking $515 for the revolver shipped to you.  I have a R&D cylinder in 45 Colt available too for an additional $200.

got any pictures to post showing more detail ? . . . ie. of the conversion and of the markings on the barrel.
Beware the man with one gun, he probably knows how to use it.

Hi Wolfgang,

I can try to get pictures of the markings this afternoon.  Wish me luck.
