Opinions, please!

I started on my "Beals" like Euroarms. Thing is I kinda like this look:

I was going to use the lathe to turn the rammer round to a point right before the new abbreviated web, now I'm not sure

You know the Kirst is "semi authentic" so why not this look also?

I would leave it the way it is.  I am working on a 58 and am shortening the barrel.  I decided to make the rammer look kind of like the web on an 1890.  After cutting it down I was going to turn the lever round.  Now I am going to shorten it, but leave the new profile except for the tip where the latch goes.
