I use the Lyman 50 BMG tool.  Lyman P/N 7810206.  Available from Midway, and probably other sources.  Midway P/N 285108.

I ain't cheap, $17.79 + shipping, but it works like a charm.

HHW,

Is this a stand alone tool or is it attached to another tool before it can be used? A handle?

This is a stand alone tool.

Just an oversize chamfer / deburring tool.  Chamfer the ouside with one end and deburr the inside with the other end.

Being naturally a conservative, I found that a countersink bit from the local hardware store works well to chamfer the case mouths. Chuck it into a tapstock and give a couple of turns. To take care of any burrs on the outside, I apply a few twists using steel wool.  Maybe a minute or two longer, but for no more cases than I had to process, it made an economical alternative.

Wow!! Its like you were looking in on my reloading room. I do the same with a countersink and steel wool.

Ed-- I guess us Kentuckians are frugal by nature, or just look for the cheap way to make something work.
