Best Source and Prices for 56-50 Starline Brass

Hello SSS,

I need to order 56-50 starline brass for the first time, and need a best source and price from those of you who have done this before.  I will be ordering 100 cases on this order.  Mentors, please help me out here

The best source is Starline for bulk as they sell to every dealer at the same price. If you buy smaller lots then the dealers have a profit padded in the price.

I usually buy 1000 cases at a time.  Then Starline is for sure the best.  Otherwise I have found Midway to be good.  If you register at their web site they will give you a discount on many items  when your birthday rolls around.  My last birthday I found they had 1100 45 Colt cases for just a few dollars more than the 1000.  Plus they gave free shipping on them.    Now I have 1100 shiny new cases and no time to load them

Buffalo Arms will give you a discount on a 100 cases or more.  Midway has a 100 case price as well.  Most of the ones I have checked do not vary much.  I don't think you want to buy a 1000 cases at a time.  Starline gives a break at 250 cases, but not enough to make me buy that many at one time.

Why don't you initiate a group buy, Two Flints?  I don't need any myself.

I think "group buys" have been suggested before on SSS, but there was never enough participation by SSS members to get it to work.
