She`s got a rather nice ramp sight that must have been installed by the previous owner, I think they did a good job of it too, I am hoping to give her her first outing next week (iffn the range drains some  ). It has been really bad here in the UK, a lot of farmers have lost crops due to flooding

If I'm not mistaken, that is one of the finest Cap & Ball revolvers ever made, the 1862 Police.  I have two, one an engraved  presentation model, the other a real packin' piece.

PUK;  Are you producing your new tubes?  I assume that is what your revolver is sportin'.  If so, I'm in a buyin' mood.

Yup gotta agree I shot it yesterday and I used a .36Lee conical on top of 15grs of fffg and I got at 15yds 3 within a 1 1/2 sq the other two misbehaved somewhat and wuz `bout 2in higher (recon I wuz gettin `cited ), the rest of the time I jest spent enjoying it, I must say it is the nicest gun to shoot! 

OK, regardin the `tubes` I was taken for a ride by Jules/Manyirons or whatever the lowlife are now callin themselves  I sent a couple of sets to him/them on the understanding that they would produce them, I told him/them that all I wanted from the deal wuz free  `tubes` fer my guns!! Well I aint got no free `tubes` and I aint got my samples back.
The main problem is that I have to make them by hand as I aint got a CNC (That wuz where they/him came in!), and it takes me `bout 2hrs ta make one!! Soooooooo, it really aint viable as it would cost a fortune ta make a pard a set, I`m truly sorry pard!
I wuz hoping that they/them wuz goin to produce them at a reasonable cost fer ya`ll  Kinda sad! the first time I heard of a pard goin bad!
