Best prices on Uberti cap guns?

The best price I saw when looking at these was at Buffalo Arms.  But they were out of stock, just like everyone else.

The Italians all go on vacation in August.    Uberti shuts down completly during that month, so dont expect shipments coming in then.  Safe shooting.  Deadeye.

Ordered a pair from Midway at $269 each, which I see is Taylor's price for Ubertis as well. The Piettas are cheaper but A) Hellgate and others point out that Pietta's Navy grips are a little off the original, and B) Midway had two Uberti 61s in stock. Now to dig a chunk of vegetable-tanned cowhide and find that California holster pattern I saved. Probably need to order in two sets of Treso nipples, too.

I think Mule Head moved and then basically retired.  He occasionally has pistols on either Gunbroker or Auctionarms.
