Ottawa Creek Bill

Almost Finished.... Anyone wanting to make one of these e-mail me and I'll send you the measurements.

Pic 1. shows the milling of the ejector head slot (1/8")

Pic 2. shows the milling of the recess for the ejector head.

Pic 3. shows the slot after milling.

Pic 4. shows the housing, rod, Spring, and head assembled on the barrel.

Pic 5. shows the end of the tube. I need to adjust the length of the tube to where the rounded shoulders of the ejector head meet the top of the tube.

Pic 6. shows the profile of the ejector head. This is a modified ejector head for the R/M conversions purchased from VTI gun parts. The head has been rounded to conform to the ones illustrated in McDowell's book on Colt Conversions.

All  that is left to do is to attach the ram to the bottom of the ejector rod lug, polish and blue...
Get your JB Weld, and your Pam cooking spray ready, I'm gonna show you a neat little trick ;D ;D
