Nipples and cleaning

I can see pulling the nips once a year for cleaning but a good nipple pick and mopping out the chambers with Q-Tips does fine. To spend so much time on a fairly low net gain is one more reason people give up on C&B: too much time spent cleaning. I sometimes just give my guns a "whore's bath" which is a cursory wipe off of fouling & a spritz down with solvent and a follow up with alcohol to dry it off and oil or grease where it needs to be. Nipple pick the flash holes and you are good to go. Now, I don't do that if I'm gonna put them away for a long time but I don't want to make it a whole evening of intimate relationship with my guns. WD-40 sprayed into the action each cleaning will protect against rust. I don't do the soaking routine but have 3 squirt bottles of 20/20 Bug formula windshield cleaner, alcohol, and moosemilk (10% Ballistol). Q-Tips, swabs, spray bottles & paper towels are my main cleaning tools. And did I mention nipple picks?

I'm old and don't go too fast unless I drink a pot of coffee.  I clean faster than I shoot. Pardon me if I seemed sarcastic or condensending. 
Things just aren't coming out as I intend them to. Maybe I'll stay off the forum fer awhile before I get complained on.      Maybe I'll do a little more shooting and cleaning opposed to typing.
