Well I couldn't find a 4 digit 2nd Gen. 1851 Navy, but I did find a 5 digit. It's mine, and will be joining the 4 digit shortly. My guesstimation as to mfg. date is 1973. It is unfired(not for long) in the box with all the paperwork, oiled paper, plastic baggie etc.
I don't know if it is unturned or not. It will be dissassembled and cleaned and stoned to match(I Hope!) my 4 digit.

Long range plans call for finding another 4 Digit. The 4 Digits will be kept C & B while the 5 digit and a mate, (this just grows and grows), will be sent to R &D for conversion work.
