I know another thread was started regarding interest in the RM,  but I thought a poll might be a more accurate way of determining interest.  I am not sure if Mike Harvey of Cimarron actually reads the CAS threads, but it is worth a try.  Safe shooting.

You may want to go back & edit the header as it's the Richards Type II and not a Richards-Mason. ;) Yes, I plan to but one, but only after I buy the Uberti clone of the S&W American Model.  ;D

I am still waiting for my Schofield to come in also.  It is a waiting game.  Uberti??   Hey Aldo?  You out there?

I probably will down the road.   Like Seth said, so many of the gents want one, im gonna wait at least till after backorders are filled and the first wave is depleted and they stabalize on the shelves.

I just am curious why a ,,,umm,,,,statement..isn't forthcomming from the folks in the loop as to were they are at ?

I personaly think they are in a dusty locked chest, secreted away in the darkness of the catacombs beneith the Vatican.

At first I wasn't really interested in any of the conversions.  Now I am seriously considering one and one of the Type II's is on the list.  But I think I will wait until they have been out awhile.

I like Taylors response to questions about when certain guns are coming in.  They simply say,  "we dont know" or "whenever Uberti  ships them".   I think people appreciate honesty no matter what the truth is.  Safe shooting.  Deadeye.

Hey Bill,
Did you ever think of going into business to compete with Uberti?  I am guessing you could turn out a finished product faster than they could!!   :o  Deadeye.

I ordered mine in Feb. of 06... I was told May 06 and 60-90 more day about 5 times since then.
I spoke to Charlie Hudson of Cimarron at Shot ( I handled their only example )
I'm told I'm #6 on the list  ::)
The bad/good news is I already spent the saved money on a Kenny Howell Type 1  ;D ;D....
yeah ! I'll have one one day, just not in 60 days  ;)
when planets align...do the deal !
