Here's two pictures of me at Old Sacramento days.  THe first one is me demonstrating how much faster a 56-50 Taylor's rifle is than the Zouave, 1861 Springfield, and 1863 Sharps.  I had 8 off before the front stuffers reloaded after the first shot (we started loaded).  The Sharps got of a second shot during my 8!
The Spencer was definitely a show stopper!

The second is a handsome guy who belongs to Co. A, 2nd Mass Vol. Cavalry, toting a Spencer Carbine!
