Handlebar Doc needs help getting gear for Marines.

This past week I was asked to show up at the Advanced Sniper School at Quantico Va. Working with those guys was a great honor for me. These are some of the best young men you can find.
While I was there, a young Marine asked me if I could help him get some of the gear that I was using. To be more specific, he wanted the Horus military program chip. He said he would have to buy it with his own money and was wondering if I could get him a better deal?
As you can imagine, the thought of this young Marine along with our many other young sons being sent into war with needs of better tools, really got me thinking. So want I want to do, is start a Adopt a Sniper program. I want to send a unit with every sniper rifle being deployed.
I'm making contact with the companies that make these products and asking for a price reduction for our boys. I'm already seeing good results.
This is what I'm wanting to send.

1 PDA (battery operated i.e. palm m125)
1 Horus mp chip (program used to give the shooter elevation,wind and lead corrections. Thus increasing first round hit percentages.)
1 kestrel 4000 (weather station)
These items total a retail value near $575.00
I think we can get this down to about $370.00
I'm sure we can get it done cheaper than this, once I have the chance to talk with other vendors.
