CONGRATULATIONS Marshal Halloway!!  While you were busy in St. Louis at the NRA Convention CASCity grew past 3800 citizens.  The City gets better and better and more folks keep moving in!  You are doing wonderful things for the CAS/WAS community!  A great big THANK YOU!!!
