proper re-load loads for .44 Colt and .45LC

In BP,,,what is a correct charge in the .44Colt for appx 750fps.
In BP,,,what is a correct charge in the .45LC for appx 750fps.

In smokeless,,what is a good powder/powders for appx the same 750fps in the same calibres.

BTW,,,lead bullets in205gr in the .44 colt
             "        "        225 in the .45LC

And,,,could one take .44sp brass, trim to the length of .44 colt and have basically the same round,,,except for rim diam of course.
