just got the word that I am in this great group
I have a pair of Pietta and a back-up Uberti all are 58 New Army 44's that I plan on using in the Frontiersman as well as Frontier Cartrage with the R&D cylinders all with the Holly Black

Welcome to the Darkside.  I don't know much about the Piettas, I have Uberti '58's with the R&D conversion cylinders.  I love the Remingtons.  I have had much better luck with the Remingtons at matches than with any Colt design.

Now, this is a fact! I find them superior for numerous reasons. In addition, they look good.
