I got my new Tequila rig in today.....it being my first rig and me not having many cowboys around here, I ordered it to short.....but I can get past that.
The question I have really is as follows; When I draw the strong side.....the belt and holster rise up with the gun.....is there any way I can put a leg tie on this rig? If so where and how should I attach it. I dont want to mess up this beautiful rig.
Maybe it will not rise up when I draw after the holster breaks in a little. I am new to all of this so I dont know all of the tricks of the trades. Thanks in advance for any help. I tried to post this in the Gunleather section....but got no replies yet.

Cinch your belt tighter or stretch your holster a bit by leaving your guns in them.  Some may advise wet forming some ,ay advise making the holsters a little slicker....depends on how tight they really are.

If you decide to "wet form" - remember a coupla things here.  First - oil the guns generously and wrap 'em in a plastic bag.  Second - use warm/medium hot water outta the tap to soak the leather abit.  And, third - whilst the leather is drying at normal room temperature or outside sun, kinda work/twist the pistol abit to stretch the leather to fit the overall cylinder diameter smoothly.  Don't over-stretch it a bunch at first - be gentle - and just a little at a time here.  You'll know you are close when you can slip the gun outta the holster easily without hanging  up on the plastic.

If you have the leather "soaked enough" - you can form the barrel and cylinder pattern into the leather if that would please ya' any.  Now, also remember - leather takes awhile to dry thoroughly - anywhere from 24 to 36 hours or more.  Just depends how soaked ya' started off with.  I generally leave mine drying for a full 48 hours - then check 'em out.  I don't think there is any real true formulae fer figurin' out the dryin' time of leather.

Don't stick 'em in the oven to dry!  This is a alot of patience shall prevail here deal.  As far as adding a "tie down" to the Tequilla rig - I don't think you really want to go there.  From looking at the pictures of it - I personally don't think they would look good on it and wouldn't be of much use anyhow.

Oh, BTW - when you're done drying your leather, go ahead a get some kinda of leather slick-um like Cammie advised.  Especially some that help keep yer leather from drying out & cracking over a period of time.  Also, when yer done with the leather - clean yer pistol up again and give it another oiling.  It'd be appreciative of it ;)!

I like the Galco Draw-EZ but use it sparingly.  It doesn't take much to make them too slick.
