I picked up a Rodeo today at a local gunshow. It appears to be unfired, the cylinder has rotation marks on it. The face of the cyl. does not have any powder residue from being fired.

I think it was made in 2002. The ser# is A6**. Were these made with parts from Uberti, then assembled by USFA in the states?

Also, are these the same quality as the ones made today? What do i need to watch out for. Any problems, recalls?

Welcome to the forum, Charlie.
Those marks on the cylinder may be the results of someone bringing the hammer to half cock and then lowering it without bringing it to a full cock first.  Probably pretty easy to fix with a matchstick and a bit of bluing.
As for the quality of your gun, USFA was well into their "Made in America" phase when they first brought out the Rodeo.  However... There is a slight chance that they may have used some Uberti springs in some of the early Rodeos.  I don't know this for a fact but I seem to recall hearing it substantiated that at one point the Uberti springs were used for a short period to keep up with production demands.  Even if this was true, it is easy to change out the main and trigger/bolt springs.  Personally, I wouldn't worry about it too much.  The quality of your gun is on a par with current production.
Banjoman, who frequents this board, works for USFA.  Maybe he can jump in and put some light on the subject.

I spoke to Banjoman this morning. He said not worry, it's all good. Now i will take it to the range and see if i can hit the floor.
