Plantation or Riverboat Gambler's necktie...

Howdy Gents,
I am relatively new to this game called cowboy action shooting and I recently acquired a gambler tie.  There is one problem that I have...I cannot seem to get it to tie properly.  I thought it would be just as easy as shoelaces, but it doesn't quite look right.  Any tips, hints, or instructions would be greatly appreciated.
