Howdy! Was at one of my favorite book/magazine stores the other day & looked through the current issue of Guns of the Old West. In there was an artical on the Colt 60' Army Long Cylinders & it appeared that some outfit or someone like R. L. Millington or Dave Anderson. Sorry I didn't remember who's making them, & I didn't buy the issue. Just thought I'd pass along this info for those whom are intersted in the Long Cylinders that they may want to pick up this issue. They were made by R.L. Millington, one blued with unlinned barrel, one nickled with linned barrel.  According to the article no one know's who made the long cylinder conversions, but that there quality wasn't up to colt's standards as to fit and finish.

Neat looking gun though.  Millington done a heck of a nice job on them.
