I am not much of a gunsmith with these 1851 .44s I have. The timing is not quite right and I had someone give me a link that looked very helpful but I dont quite have the tools or wisdom to take on that job. I was wondering if anyone knows a smith that works on these? You know, action jobs and whatever other tricks that might make them shoot good.

Thank you. I had sent you a pm Pettifogger because it seemed like you knew a ton on the pietta revolvers. I enjoyed the link you posted for me in the other thread but I am just not confident enough to do that to my guns.
