For those of us that don't have a gunsmithing shop with all the extras, what type of methods do you use at home for bluing, case coloring etc?

It's time consuming, but for bluing I do the rust blue methoud.  It's basicly the same as browning, except that you boil the parts after browning and before carding.  Takes about 4-6 aplications and several days, but produces a beutiful black finish that looks a lot better than the hot blued to me.
