Is it just the Ubertis, or do all the Italian made clones lack a firing pin/frame bushing like the USFA and Colts have?  Is this a problem for dry firing?

Virginia Gentleman

Does Pietta have this feature while Uberti clones do not?

My Cattlemen don't have bushings.

Long ago, when I was shooting Rugers, I read of the firing pin bore peening to the point of locking the pistol's action.  I have a safe full of the things these days and they're my regular main stage pistols. Several of them have had thousands of rounds thru them without peening or any signs of it.

No, I don't dry fire them.

All I did was name it 'n get it started. The posse made it great. A debt I can never repay. Thank you, mi amigos.

I know about the Uberti and their importer brands not having a firing pin bushing, but I am not sure if Pietta does or doesn't have a firing pin stop on their SAAs.
