Thanks to Bootsie , who toured the Uberti Factory.
He has sent me a Photo of the Richards Type II conversion, I've had one on order since February.

I'm sharing the photo because it also has the new Remington Conversion ... enjoy

Well , contrary to another post....

I spoke to them in July and was told another 60 days = Aug + Sept. = October ( I hope )
They are displaying them in Gardone and one was tested by GOTOW....

Figure August is vacation month in Europe  ::)
This one is holding out that Oct. is the Debut  :P

We will see  :-\

LOL, every time a manufacturer tells me it'll be 60 days till I see a certain model, that translates to 2+ years. That's happened to me 3 times, now. I don't hold my breath waiting for these things any more. :D :D

back in the eighties... I got a letter from Val Forgett

He was offering me a chance to get a LaMat.... I was to pay $100 pre-introduction and $250 when they were ready to ship.
Both my Pard and I , sent in our $100.
I knew Val and trusted I'd see the gun, when production & shipment were ready.
I don't remember the time table, but I do remember it was a year or more.
By then Steve (my pard ) had some money crunch issues, I sent in the $500  ($250 each shipped) and paid Steve his $100 to buy him out.
I short order I owned numbers #469 & #660.... They were both Cavalry Models.
I kept and shot those for 10 years and watch the price rise to over $600 each for a new one.
Both were in very good shape except I had lost one of the removable shotgun rammers, when I sold them to finance another interest.

I won't hold my breath, but I keep my fingers crossed... :)
