Hunting with Winchester levers

Does anyone shoot these old guns the way they were intended, for hunting?













I never considered myself a failure...I started out at the bottom and happen to like it here!

While my first impression was wow - a little over kill with the Sharps carbine, one would have to admit this was done in the day. Pretty impressive bunny kill - and it looks like you had a hoot hunting with your lever guns.  :D

Yes! That does look like fun! I might just have to try that myself!

The '92 is plenty strong for anything you want to load in it, comparable to a Marlin 1894 for strength.
