Does anyone use shotgun practice (dummy) rounds?

I've been looking at the practice rounds they offer at Team Fireball.

I want to get some of the 12g practice shotgun rounds to dry-fire practice at home, but was unsure if I should get the weighted or non-weighted ones?

Suggestions?

If your using a 97 unweighted,...............well,....... I heard it doesn't do them any good to pump live/weighted dummies through them like that...................like I say just what I've heard..........

I use the A-Zoom brand dummies that are milled out of aluminum with a little silicon like primer, they feel about right (as compared to loaded ammo) and last a really long time.

I made up some with spent primers, and they work fine.
