I prefer 4 wheels. They roll easier over rough stuff and you can put more in the cart, like jackets and such. Mine is a modified Toys-R-Us wagon.

I used to change guncarts more than I changed oil in the truck until I built this one:

Ain't believin' I've been pushin'/pullin' it 'round o'er four years now.  Been fightin' the itch ta build 'nother one with room for a small cooler.  Got the plans in my head for one that'll do that 'n still be as easy ta get along with as this one.

Gottah agree with Will, four wheelers are the way ta go.

Sundance, take a look at:

Lots of ideas in there.  Some of 'em real simple.

All I did was name it 'n get it started. The posse made it great. A debt I can never repay. Thank you, mi amigos.

Nice carts pards ! i was thinking about 4 wheels being better .. Marshal do you ever have problems with the tires on your wagon ... i`ve been looking at a wagon like yours at harbor freight ..thought i might could do something with it .. looks like it will hold more , the wife is a shooter to so i need room for her gear too ..and a cooler of sasprilla .. there were 60 shooters at the club i checked out , looked like it could have been a long hot day for `em  not much shade around .. everyone was wanting to loan me their long guns and a spot on their wagon to stay and shoot .. great bunch of people .. i just don`t like useing borrowed guns .. and ammo .. only had to see one black powder shooter in action ..and i knew my people were there !  maybe the wife can help put the 4 wheeled war wagon in and out of the truck ... ;D

I haven't had any problems with the wheels. In fact, I haven't had any problems with it at all. For sunny days, there are a couple holes drilled in the long gun rack to slide an umbrella down through. Comes in handy now and then. You can sit on the seat to rest your legs, too.

I went the wagon type like Marshal Will Wingam. Mine came from a farm tractor store. It is a little wider than the Toys R Us and has stake sides, front and back. I built a wood box up front and built a gun rack that is removable for easier transporting. It will hold six long guns. Sorry I have not figured out how to get pictures on this forum.
