It is my distinct pleasure to announce the appointment of Lou Graham as Adjutant for the Department of the Atlantic with the rank of Brevet Captain in the GAF. Captain Graham and I will be closely working together to support and grow both the Department of the Atlantic and the GAF.

Congratulations on your appointment and promotion.  I can not think of a more highly qualified individual to take over the duties of Department Adjutant (and to keep Bvt Col Bull Schmidt in line). 

I have ordered the Sutler to increased your credit so that you may throw a promotion party worthy of the new honor bestowed upon you.  He offered to take a half-dozen HA Remingtons in trade, but I was afraid one of them might be mine and I'd have to wait even longer, so I told him you'd pay him cash each payday until you were paid up.
