Looking for a pard Kerry Farnsworth who makes holsters

Anyone know a kerry farnsworth? I bought some holsters from Chicago Steeley just recently. And I really would like to find a contact info for him as I am very impressed with his work and would like to send some more business his way.

I would appreciate any leads so far I have heard he could be in plain city utah under Slickrock Leatherworks or somewhere in Kansas.
