are the ghost ring sights sass or ncows legal to use on rifles

Buffalow,

The easiest Ghost Ring is a Tang sight with the aperature removed and it is Legal in SASS.  It also has an advantage of increasing the sight radius.  This is what my father uses on his rifles.
