We got lucky!  Weather broke and temperatures in the 70s, and rain came and left before we started. The band was back and playing some good music. Master chef Dale cooked some great dogs and burgers.  We had 7 non NCOWS shooters and 4 are joining KVC.  Two will be father son teams, (lucky Pops)  The theme was Carnival and the stages were based on arcade games. Rhonda put on a shoot exhibition, leaving the rest of us with cotton candy on our faces.   I will see everyone at the Ruckus.
