Got CRAP! in my eye....

Howdy......
I got CRAP ($h!t) in my left eye tuesday night,went to Urgent Care and went through the 'eye cleanin' process. Wednesday at work it was uncomfortable all day. Today (thursday) it was bad...AGAIN..... plus the right eye felt like it had somethin in it also    I calld work...went to U.C. and got the 'works'  done to both eyes     Now my right eye is OK but the left hurts like a like a (U KNOW WHAT         )
I think I'm gonna get rid of my glasses and get 'prescription goggles'    Maybe I should get rid of the eyes and let 'modern tech' take over... )

Getting crap in my eyes is one of the hazards of my job.  Mor then likely something in the crap might have scratched you eye and thats why it is still irritated.  Try some Visine it helps a little.

Jeepers Vern! Sorry to hear about that. You are right about wrap arounds. I wear them and they look anything but cowboy, especially the yellow ones, but you only get just so many eyes. Do it and get some wrap arounds and take care pard.

Cyanocrylate (SUPER GLUE) in both eyes was pretty bad. 
The ER doc had to tie me down to scrape it out.

Howdy......
Thankx for all of your advise & comments. I have been to U.C. twice (tuesday & thursday) and I still have a problem. If it ain't better by monday I will be seein a specialist. In the meantime I am drinkin a lot of Jack & Water (an internal alcahol rubdown can never hurt)
Today is kind of a sad day also.....my Mother passed away on this day in 1998..............
