Those look good. I wonder if the bore is actually slightly smaller for 45 ACP, hence the stamping on the barrel?

i dunno, haven't slugged the bore. I did send all 4 cylinders to Douguy for honing, as I couldn't push a .451 bullet thru any cylinder. Did this before even firing. Doug said they measurements were all over the place, got them all corrected at .4525 now. I've only gotten one of them out for shooting and that one shot 8" low and 3" left with 200 gr slugs. 250 grainers shot only 4" low. Light loads so more development to be done before any sight adjustments.

I thought I was wrong once, but I was mistaken.

If you do slug the bore, it would be interesting to see where they are.

The manufacturor may have harkened back to the bad old days when .45 ACP dictated a .451 bore and .45 colt dictated a .454 bore ....

I wouldn't begin to speculate the bore diameter.  It's sort of like the now industry "standard" for .44 is 420.  "Any" 44 > 429.

No idea what Uberti is going to do with .45 bore.  Industry standard now is .452.  I do have to admit, I have almost NEVER seen a Uberti or Ruger with correct cylinder throats.
