It does not meter well, true.
In a Dillon 550B  counting to three seconds with the ram up MOST LIKELY will get it all into the case.
When used in .38 Short Colt it uses something like rediculious 2.5 grains, if I remember correctly  but check because the min to max is less than 0.5 grains with  a 135 grain bullet.
The fouling is sticky and, I think, is tough to remove so usually I shoot Real Gunpowder or APP for easier cleaning.
The good is it is nearly impossible to double charge a case.
It is a smokessomewhatless powder so check Hodgdon loading data.
The unfortunate thing is it is no longer imported.
