Wow,  our newest member Three Oaks just informed me that he owns ten original Spencers.  He sent me photos of his collection.

Thanks, Two Flints and Three Oaks:

Beautiful and rare sight!
Rifles with bayonets to ice the cake.
Dare I respectfully suggest some details, and perhaps closer photo's, please? Especially anything that adds to Marcot.

This prompts me to share the same regarding my ten Romano repro Spencers.  I will prepare a photo inventory of the five rifles and five carbines with full details in June and send it to Two Flints.  I am not skilled with attaching photo's here.

Respectfully,
El Supremo/Kevin Tinny

Just a note. Over 40 years of collecting with the goal of having a representative sample of the various models of Spencer's. If you look closely at the far left rifle in the stack, notice the two band musket conversion of a Burnside Spencer done at Springfield Armory after the war. Finding the correct bayonet for that one was lucky. Original bayonet's are scarce, but all my rifles have one. I do not shoot my originals,
But enjoy my ArmiSport carbine in 45 Schofield. Will assemble some more photos when time permits.
I really enjoy the forum.

Thanks, Three Oaks:
Looking forward.
May I please PM you on our SSS Forum? Tx.

All the best.

I will try to get some more pictures of individual pieces of my collection, I still have a job, and this is a busy time of year in my trade. Two Flints gave me some great information regarding serial numbers, and I am grateful for that! El Supremo you may PM as requested, and I will respond when able. Thank you all.

Hello:

With the help of Two Flints attaching photo's, here are my Romano Spencer's that hopefully show the variations in color case-hardening and stock grain.

All the best and thanks, Two Flints.
