2022 Land Run

Hi

Anybody going to Land Run this year?  If anyone from the GAF is showing, ping me on CAS City, and I'll try and stop by.  I don't have rounds ready and I've been really busy at work or I'd be shooting.

Black Jack Ketchem and I will both be shooting on Posse 34.  Posse 34 shoots Thursday late 3PM, Fri. early 7:30 AM and Sat. Middle 10:30.  Rick is staying off range.  I'll have my trailer on the range.  They tell me we'll be on the North range camping area but I won't know exactly where until we get there.

If everything goes right I'll be arriving tomorrow, Friday, wife and I will be staying at the Edmond Elk's camping area until Sunday, may try to make it to the gun show on Sat.  When Rattlesnake Kate and Diamondback Jack (not GAF) arrive from Colorado, hopefully on Sun.  we'll move over to the range so we can get campsites together.

I hear ya' Fingers. I don't have actual Parkinsons, but do have essential tremors and that really makes shooting handguns well difficult.

I was at Land Run most of the day today, but I didn't see anyone that looked like your picture.  I did meet Raton Rick from Indianapolis.  He shoots with Snake Oil DeWayne and them.  I met Mike Guili and his wife and son, they make and sell buckskin clothing.  I got a couple of tips on Barge from him.  A gentleman whose name I forgot showed me his Sombrero from RJ Preston in Oklahoma.  I need to get one.  It ain't a hat, it's mobile shade.  I saw Tame Bill wandering around, he has a You Tube channel.  He was busy so I didn't say hi.

I need to finish working up loads for lever actions so I can go to Tejas and play NCOWS.  Land Run was shot REALLY close in my opinion.

Sorry I missed you. I spent 4 hours at the range on Friday. Hope to make it next year as a competitor. A well run match and great success for the organizers.
