I'm a card carrying member of NCOWS!
Still no posse anywhere near me but I'm happy to support a cowboy action shooting organization that shares my values as a shooter. And NCOWS has sparked a real interest in me to research the history of my home state and region. Proud to be in the saddle!

I was in the same position as you about two years ago. I joined just to support the organization and the ideas they promote. Still no NCOWS posse in Arizona but I renewed for a second year anyway. So good for you and welcome to a CAS group done the right way. (smile)

Welcome aboard. If it works out, maybe you could make it to an NCOWS event sometime and get to know other like minded members. The National match is just beginning in Parker KS, but our Convention is usually held in March, so more time to plan for that. Last couple of times it was in Nashville IN. You would have a blast. Glad to have you with us and thank you for your support.

I find myself in the same situation. I have been a NCOWS member for about 20 years because my interests lean toward authenticity. So I am happy to support this organization even though there are no NCOWS clubs anywhere near me.

Sadly, members moved away or passed away  till I was the lone ranger....
I can and do get to SC every so not so often enough.
