I wonder if times were still like they were back in the 1800's if an insurance company would have told that cowboy they couldn't fix his front teeth cuz they were cosmetic. I think not. Somthin tells me that insurance man woulda been lookin down the barrel of gun ifin he'd pulled that stuff back in the good ol days.  ;D  Makes ya wander if things really have changed for the better don't it?
