Do any  of you guys have a Bisley Target model ? I've been looking for one for years. You never see them. I've seen 1 for sale about 3 years ago that sold for crazy $. I guess that it wasn't so crazy after all. I keep hoping that Standard will build one before I'm too old to enjoy it !

Considering the rather minuscule market for a Flat Top Bisley, I would not suggest holding your breath.  Ya won't look good in Dead Blue  ::)

If you want to spend stupid money just buy an original Colt.

I was more curious than anything if anyone actually has one. I just never see them.

Howdy, Mark!
If you go to the top  of our page you will find the "Link to Articles & USFA Catalogs" section.  Having just reviewed both listed catalogs I note that the only Bisley model listed is their "Holland & Holland" model.  No mention of it being available in a flat-top version.
That being said, USFA was producing a flat-top version of their SAA so, in theory, you probably could have special ordered a flat-top Bisley but it would have been by special order only.  The flat-top Bisley was, apparently, never a production item.  The chances of finding one would be extremely rare and dependent on the very few, if any, special order Bisley models.
I'm just guessing here,

You could make yourself one with uberti parts if you can find a flattop saa. They're out there if you look hard enough.

I have pics of two USFA Bisley Flattop Target Models that I saved off gunbroker and/or various auction sites. One is a .44 Special with 7 1/2" barrel that looks to be USA made by the quality but I can't say for sure. The other one is a .45 Colt with 5 1/2" barrel that definitely looks USA made and it has a serial number of 26969.

I own a 4.75" FTT in .45 Colt. Never seen a Bisley FTT. Only the Holland & Holland target version with the rear sight and often the long flute cylinder.
If you find one - buy it  (before I do)

Bluductoo

I have a 7 1/2 " FT Bisley. All original NIB with outstanding nickel plate and black grips. I bought from Gary Grainger Barrel marked ( BISLEY MODEL ) 44 SPECIAL. Top marked

Of even greater interest to we USFA fans would be pictures.  Just so we can set in front of our computers and admire.  (smile)

I have one, 7 1/2 inch 38 WCF, CC, Dome blue.  I'll try to find it and put some pics up of it.  It is in the 26xxx range.

Graveyard Jack

I've seen a few Bisley Flat-tops and own the Uberti version. None of them grow on trees but they are out there.
