I bought the S&S center fire block and magazine plug for center fire.  The trigger plate does have some wear where it should stop the action at the bottom of the stroke, the semi circle area has some wear.  I have to be careful as I can keep it moving the block all the way out.  The old RIM fire action block stopped as it should.  I am not sure I can fix this, other than to be careful as it appears too much material was taken off the S&S block or I need to try and find a different trigger block with more metal in the half semi circle that is suppose to stop the block from going all the way out the bottom.

I did a chamber cast and came up with the following measurements.

CASE LENGTH appears to be 1.014
CASE MOUTH IS .566
CASE BASE IS    .568
BIGGEST POINT OUTSIDE THE LANDS IS .538
SMALLEST INSIDE THE LANDS IS .527
BARREL IS A 6 GROVE.

Which brass should I look for?  From what I read, it looks like 50-70 brass and shorten it??  Also can anyone recommend a pre-cast bullet or a bullet mold?  Dies, CH4D??
Thanks in advance for any help.

That should work.  Aviation washers come in a regular size and a (L) size which is half of the regular.  I will grab one tomorrow and give it a try.  Otherwise I will buy a new trigger plate and do what I have to to make it work and store the old one with the old block to keep the gun original.  Now if I can find an answer on the brass I need to use, I will be set.  Thanks for the info.
